Competitors are required to pay in full online for open competitions before the Competition Day.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse an entry.
Please book in the correct pairings, pairings changes cannot be made on the day.
HANDICAPS
All visitors should have an active handicap with at least 20 scores on their record.
All visitors must be members of recognised (non-virtual) golf clubs.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring that their correct handicaps are entered on the scorecard. Every player should have proof of CDH number to be viewed on entry.
The Committee will determine the maximum handicap on each event.
A current valid CDH number must be entered when making a booking.
Competitors should be at the 1st Tee 5 minutes before their start time.
Any player late for their start time will be penalised 2 Shots Players will be disqualified if more than 10 minutes late on the Tee.
The Committee runs a zero-tolerance policy as this is a rule of golf.
In the event of a tie for any prize over 18 holes the last 9/6/3/2/1 etc, will decide. In the case of the 36-hole competition, the last 18/9/6/1 etc. will decide.
The Committee shall determine any dispute and their decision shall be final.
No competitor under the age of 18, or any partnership involving such a competitor can enter the Sweeps.
Juniors with a playing handicap of 12 or less at the time of the competition are eligible to enter all competitions. Subject to qualifying criteria.
No competitor may win more than one prize in any one Trophy, other than on course prizes.
Marriner Brigg Trophy is for members only. A player can win all 3 Trophies: J K Smitt & St Georges
All Individual competitions are qualifying for handicap purposes.
