A classic links par 3 that would stand up on any Championship course, apparently described by the great Henry Cotton as ‘A Little Gem’ but we are not sure if he was referring to this hole or the whole course! It usually clubs the same as the 4th and is again into the prevailing wind, club selection is important off the raised tee there are the grassy banks to the left and the greenside trap to the right, no trouble long. The green is flat and easy to read.
